Together with Halpern Enterprises and Trilogy Wine Merchants we are pleased to present this extraordinary evening of Alsatian wines paired to a menu of authentic modern Japanese cuisine prepared by award-winning Chef Ryo Ozawa.
Attending the evening will be Hubert Trimbach of Trimbach, Marc Beyer of Leon Beyer and Etienne Hugel of Hugel & Fils.
