On Monday May 11th Edo Restaurant will host a stellar evening with three of the top wineries from Alsace. Together with Halpern Enterprises and Trilogy Wine Merchants we are pleased to present this extraordinary evening of Alsatian wines paired to a menu of authentic modern Japanese cuisine prepared by award-winning Chef Ryo Ozawa.


Attending the evening will be Hubert Trimbach of Trimbach, Marc Beyer of Leon Beyer and Etienne Hugel of Hugel & Fils.
